Hi, I'm Shaneen!
I’m Shaneen, a Nurse Practitioner, wellness guide, and the heart behind Ivory Health & Wellness signature weight-loss experience | HerElite Renewal.
For years, I’ve cared for women who were exhausted, overwhelmed, and quietly carrying more than anyone realized. Women who were successful on the outside but struggling on the inside. Women who felt disconnected from their bodies, their energy, and the woman they used to be.
Many times, you've said, "Well I 'll just start tomorrow, next week or next month." and it never comes. You get caught in this cycle. Buying healthy foods that spoil in the fridge, or an excuse of the kids won't like it. You run out of energy in the middle of the day while juggling work, family and friends.
